Florida 4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI & TCAC)
If you have a Florida Driver's license and you received a ticket in Florida, then the 4 Hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI & TCAC) course is for you! By taking the class, you will not receive any points on your record for the current violation, your insurance will not increase as long as there is no accident associated with the ticket (statute 318.14 (9)), and your safe driver status will be maintained. Under Florida law, you may elect to attend a basic driver improvement course once in any 12-month period but no more than five times in your whole life. Holders of a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) are not eligible to take this course per statute 318.14.
First Time Driver (D.A.T.E.)

Never had a Driver's License? All first time drivers in the State of Florida are required to take the Drug Alcohol Traffic Education (DATE) course before applying for their license. Take the 4 hour class at our school in a fun and painless environment! By taking this course, you will learn about how alcohol and other drugs affect your ability to drive, laws and responsibilities, safe driving techniques, and how to increase your awareness on our roadways. Florida 8hr Intermediate Driver Improvement Course (IDC), or Aggressive 8hr ClassIf the Court or the Judge has ordered you to take an Aggressive or the 8hr traffic class, then the Florida 8 Hour Judge Ordered Course is for you! Simply register for the course over the phone in one of our classes. Please note: this course is NOT for the 8 Hour Driving While License Suspended Course.

Youthful Offender, Teen Course or S.T.O.P Class
This program designed for youthful traffic offenders, is only offered in a classroom setting. Attendance of this course is required by court order only.
