All our Traffic Ticket Courses and Driving Instruction Programs are Approved and Certified by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Our Traffic Ticket Classes have also been approved by Department of Motor Vehicles of other States such as Virginia, Georgia, North Carolina, Texas, California, just to name a few. These Courses are taught by Certified and Experienced Professional Instructors to help students improve theirs Driving knowledge and safety.

For traffic tickets or Traffic Citations (summons), students can elect the 4 hours (BDI) Basic Driving Improvement Class to avoid points, which in turn prevents increase of insurance rates. This BDI class is also accepted by all Florida Courts and Florida Department of Highway Safety Vehicles for the Failure to Complete BDI Courses.

We also teach Judge or Court Ordered Courses such as Toad Youthful Offender Courses, 8 Hours IDI Course, Aggressive Driving Improvement Class, 12 hours (ADI) Advanced Driving Improvement Course.

For Driving Lessons or Behind the Wheel Instruction, students must have a learner’s permit regardless of age. Our lessons are private and consist of 2 hours each lesson (we have driving package deals). We pick up our students at home, school or work at no extra charge (if within 15 minute driving distance). Our Driving Instructors are State Certified (we all must pass a background check every year for For re-certification). Our Driving School vehicles are late model and dual control, so we have total control of the vehicle. We really teach our students how to drive safely and properly.

 

4-Hour BDI – Basic Driver Improvement Course

The 4-Hour BDI (Basic Driver Improvement) course is an approved option for Florida drivers who have received a traffic ticket or citation and wish to avoid points being added to their driving record. By electing to take this course voluntarily, drivers can prevent auto insurance rate increases and maintain a clean driving history. The Florida DHSMV allows drivers to make this election once every 12 months, up to five times in a lifetime.

This course is designed to improve driver awareness and safety by focusing on topics such as defensive driving, Florida traffic laws, crash avoidance techniques, and the consequences of poor driving decisions. It’s ideal for drivers who have received citations for moving violations such as speeding, running a red light, improper lane change, or failure to yield. By completing the BDI course, you fulfill legal requirements and become a more informed, cautious driver.

The 4-hour BDI class is fully approved by all Florida courts and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). It is also required in cases where drivers failed to complete a previously elected BDI course. Our BDI course is taught in person and Livestream and accepted across Palm Beach County, including West Palm beach, Palm Springs, Greenacres, Jupiter, Palm Beach Gardens, Manalapan, Lake Worth, Boca Raton, Delray Beach.

TLSAE Course in Palm Beach County – Drug and Alcohol Class for First-Time Drivers 18+

If you're 18 or older and applying for your first driver’s license in Florida, you must complete the TLSAE Course — also known as the Drug and Alcohol Class. This 4-hour Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education course is required by the Florida DHSMV before you can take your learner's permit or driver’s license test.

For new drivers, students must first attend a 4 hours Traffic Law and Substance Abuse Education Class also known as the Drug and Alcohol class. Once this DATE class is completed student are reported to Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles; students also receive a Certificate of Completion as proof that this Drug and Alcohol class was successfully completed. The second step is to take the written test or what is now called the knowledge test of Florida Traffic laws and regulations. Students must read the Florida Hand Book in order to pass this test. Once the student passes the knowledge or written test a learner’s permit is issued and this is what a student needs, regardless of age, so that we can teach behind the wheel lessons and later take the Skills Road Test.

TOAD – Youthful Offender Course

The TOAD (Traffic Offender Awareness and Diversion) course is a court-ordered driver education program specifically designed for youthful traffic offenders. 8-Hour IDI – Intermediate Driver Improvement Course

Required for drivers with multiple violations. Covers traffic law, decision-making, and responsible driving practices.

The 8-Hour IDI (Intermediate Driver Improvement) course is a court-ordered or DMV-required program for drivers who have committed multiple traffic violations or have been deemed high-risk by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV). This course is commonly required for individuals seeking to satisfy a court mandate or to avoid further penalties, such as license suspension or increased insurance rates.

The course provides an in-depth review of Florida traffic laws, driver responsibilities, and the long-term consequences of reckless or unsafe driving. The Aggressive Driving Improvement Class is a specialized traffic safety course designed for drivers who exhibit high-risk behavior behind the wheel. This includes actions such as road rage, tailgating, excessive speeding, improper lane changes, and other forms of aggressive or reckless driving. Often required by Florida courts or recommended by the DHSMV, this course helps drivers identify the root causes of their behavior and work toward long-term behavioral change.
