
📘 What is the 3 Crashes in 3 Years (3-in-3) Course?
Effective January 2010, Florida law (Section 322.0261(1)(c)) requires drivers convicted of, or who pled nolo contendere to, a third at-fault crash within 36 months to complete a state-approved Advanced Driver Improvement (ADI) program.
To keep your driver license, you must:
Complete 12 hours of ADI classroom instruction
Take 4 hours of behind-the-wheel driver training
Pass an extended road test at a Florida DMV
You must fulfill all requirements within 90 days of notification to avoid license suspension.
